I began my journey in optics in 2019 after qualifying as an Optometrist in Romania. Since then, I’ve been working in practice, gaining experience in both clinical care and helping patients find the right eyewear for their needs. I’m grateful to have joined DH Thomas in March 2025 and to be given the opportunity of continuing my professional development in the UK by studying towards becoming a Dispensing Optician with ABDO. I’ve really enjoyed building on my knowledge and combining my clinical background with a more hands-on, patient-focused approach to dispensing. What I enjoy most about my role is working with people from all walks of life and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and well looked after.
